Paying for credits
Add credits to your wallet from the dashboard at any time.
The flow
- Open Add credits from the dashboard (or go to
/credits). - Enter an amount in USD. The page shows a live preview of the base credits and any bonus credits the amount qualifies for.
- Continue to see the exact amount you'll be charged, in the currency your account bills in.
- Complete payment on the provider's secure checkout page.
- You're redirected back to the dashboard, which shows the
payment's status. Once it's confirmed, the credits appear in
your wallet and in Money Audit as
linked
purchase/bonusrows.
Payment confirmation can take a few seconds after you complete checkout. The status page updates automatically — no need to refresh or navigate away.
What currency you're charged in
Your billing country (set on the Account page) determines the currency and payment methods available at checkout. Credits themselves are always tracked in USD regardless of the currency you paid in.
If a payment doesn't go through
Nothing is added to your wallet and nothing is charged. You can try again from the credits page.
